We work in over 36 schools in and around Peterborough and have 3 franchises in Cambridge, Oxford and Leicester. We aim to continue growing and reach even more young people nationwide. Our ethos is to deliver the highest standard of sports coaching, providing opportunities for as many young people as possible.
Josh was born and raised in Peterborough and had worked for YDP for a number of years, but joined the company full-time following his graduation from the University of Findlay in Ohio, USA where he was studying and playing Football. He has a degree in business management and marketing.
Having also had a short spell in recruitment, Josh felt that leading the expansion would be the perfect opportunity given his background in sport and business. Josh set up the Cambridge franchise in January of 2022 alongside Luke Kennedy and Luke Steele, leading the expansion of YDP and sprinkling our passion for coaching across the country.
Josh completed a scholarship at Histon Football Club from the age of 16 until he turned 19, whilst representing Cambridgeshire’s county team, and still plays football semi-professionally. There is no better feeling for Josh than watching students develop and progress in sports whilst enjoying themselves at the same time. Improving the lives of others is something he takes real pride in.
